Who is this stupid girl that follows me, ive found her broken flute, given her a new flute, given her many flowers. She insists in following me....Cant i kill her, or let the wolfs have their way with her?

On the positive side, as long as she's following you around in pre-Searing, once she has a new flute, she'll play music on it that heals you for +20 from time to time.
